File size: Uploading files larger than 50 MB is not possible. If you have problems transferring the files, please contact us.

File name: Please use the following pattern to name your file: name_first_name.pdf. The length of the file name is limited to 50 characters. Please do not use spaces or special characters.

File format: Your publication is usually published in PDF/A format.

Data protection: For reasons of data protection, please do not provide sensitive personal information in your publication.
