Software

We offer PC workstations in all of the libraries with the following kinds of software:

  • Word processing
  • Image, audio and video processing
  • Statistics, modeling, data analysis

The Golm Departmental Library also offers an audio and video workstation.

Borrowing

All library locations offer self-service borrowing devices during opening hours. You will need your library card.

Returns

You can use the return machines in the Golm Departmental Library (outside foyer, side closest to the train station), which are typically accessible one hour before the library opens.

Paying Fees

University of Potsdam students pay their fees at the machines located at all library locations.

Microfiche

The Golm and Neues Palais Departmental Libraries have devices (reader-printers) for viewing microfilm and microfiche.

There is a fee for printing (see the fee schedule).
